UCI Computerstore Terms and Conditions

Return Policy:
All sales are final. Merchandise may be returned within 30-days under the following conditions: 1) It is unopened and in sellable condition, 2) It can be returned to our vendor for credit, 3) The product is not obsolete. This includes software version changes and discontinued hardware and 4) You have a proof of purchase. The method of refund will be the same as the method of payment.

Pricing:
All prices, promotions, and rebates are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to post the most current price on our website. However, we are not responsible for misprints or delays in reporting price changes. Sales tax of 7.75% will be added to listed prices.

Payment:
We accept payment by cash, personal check (from UCI students, faculty, and staff with valid UCI ID), OCTFCU Bank Check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. All checks are made payable to UC Regents. We also accept interdepartmental recharge accounts or departmental PAL cards from UCI and the UCI Medical Center.

Restrictions:
Many of the items offered by the UCI Computerstore may only be sold to eligible UCI faculty, student, staff and departments. These restrictions are based on our vendor agreements and are not set by the UCI Computerstore.

Shipping:
We ship UPS and FedEx to almost any U.S. address. We do not ship outside the United States and are unable to ship to PO boxes in most cases. Deliveries: We offer free on-campus delivery to UCI departments and campus residence hall offices that accept deliveries, including Mesa Court, Middle Earth, Arroyo Vista, Campus Village, Verano Place and Palo Verde.

Monitors & Displays:
We have made every effort to display the colors of our online products as accurately as possible yet due to individual monitor & display color settings, the color of the products will vary depending on your monitor. We cannot guarantee that your monitor will accurately display the product colors.

Ownership of Site; Agreement to Terms of Use
These Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms of Use”) apply to the UCI Computerstore web site located at www.computerstore.uci.edu and all associated sites linked to www.computerstore.uci.edu and www.book.uci.edu. The Site is the property of the University of CA, Irvine. BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE.

The UCI Computerstore reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. Content:
All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork and computer code (collectively, “Content”), including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, “look and feel” and arrangement of such Content, contained on the Site is owned, controlled or licensed by or to the UCI Computerstore/Bookstore, and is protected by trade dress, copyright, patent and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws.
