Q&A
1. How do I clean the EarJams? The most effective way to clean the EarJams is to use a cotton swab that is lightly moistened with water. You can use the cotton swab to wipe off any dirt that may build up on the EarJam or the removable earpad.
2. Inserting the Earjams: Warning When using any in-ear device, we advise that you use caution. If inserted too far, in-ear devices can become lodged inside your ear canal.
Griffin EarJams are designed to fit just outside of the entrance to the ear canal.
3. What type of material are the earpads made of? The earpads that are on the EarJams are made of silicone. If you are allergic to silicone we recommend that you DO NOT use the EarJams.
4. How do I remove the EarJams from my earbuds? In order to safely remove the EarJams earphone enhancer from your Apple earbuds, use the tip of your thumb to lift off one of the four clasps. The EarJams will come loose from the earbud.
DO NOT grasp the EarJam and attempt to pull it directly off as you run the risk of damaging your earbuds or the EarJams.
